Spring and Da Blog
It may not seem like it, but spring's gonna be here soon, right? Right? Anyway, there are at least a couple of shirts coming for the Spring/Summer. Stay tuned. In the meantime, The Flyover State blog is coming very soon. Packed with Flyover State pics and picks, it should be a hot spot for a wealth of Midwestern style no matter the weather.
Flyover State x Live Savvy
Flyover State has made an appearance on the top-notch shopping blog Live Savvy! Swing by to see the "Good Fences" T out in the world, and don't forget to poke around the site. It's packed with some, well, savvy choices for nearly everyone in your life. Including ol' No. 1.
Women's Ts Limited In-Stocks...
Quick inventory update: Team Flyover State is getting quite low on a lot of the Womens-sized Ts to the point that some are SOLD OUT. The BUY buttons will be marked as such. Questions? Drop me an e-mail at info@flyoverstate.com.
One Whole Year?!
It's hard to believe, but the one year anniversary of the beginnings of Flyover State just passed a couple of days ago. (Funny how re-upping domain names was the reminder.) Thanks to everyone who's been down with the brand since day one and thanks to all the new friends who roll through. Team Flyover State appreciates it.
Northeast Side of Things
Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Flyover State booth at Art-a-Whirl. It was great to meet so many folks and to move some shirts. I couldn't have done it without the help of Chad, Molly and Kate and a host of others at the Q.arma Building. They let Flyover State barge in and hang with the real artists for a weekend and were all super supportive of the brand and the shirts, etc. Check 'em out if you get a chance. Maybe at the Bike Art II reception at Altered Aesthetics?
Brooklyn Keep on Taking It
Team Flyover State was in NYC recently and got a chance to stop in to one of America's coolest boutique-brand-storefronts: The Brooklyn Circus. One interesting thing they do, besides sell some amazing shirts, etc., is take pictures of their customers for their blog. And, wouldn't you know it, Flyover State makes an appearance. Check it out. Just look for the "We Like It Here" T...
Flyover State x Futbol
When someone in Lima, Peru comes calling, you can't turn that down! So out came a t-shirt collaboration between Flyover State and Lima club soccer team Los Cachorros. Styled with a nod to Peru's national team jersey, the shirt should be a perfect complement to the team's South American brand of Total Football. Pictures of the T in action are coming soon.
Pro Fotos
As you probably noticed on your way in, Flyover State has made the move to professional product photography. Models, hangers-on, drama, after-parties, Sparks Plus, all that. Special thanks to Phil Lee and his model pals.
Dunk'd
Now that the new shirts get up, the KICKS page is next in line for a facelift. Not only will it become a blog dedicated to the Middle West (and then some), but the re-do will be headlined by Team Flyover State's new Nike iD Dunks. Believe it.
OurSpace
All the kids are doin' it, and now Flyover State is MySpace'd up too. Let's be friends at www.myspace.com/flyoverstate.
